accommodate the needs of each individual client and provide the

Production specifications are based on the standard NF – 46 004 “Fresh Pork Meat” as well as on COOPERL specifications.
Authorisations have been obtained from the Commission Nationale
des Labels et des Certificats (CNLC) and certified by an independent
third-party organisation (SGS ICS) since 22 May 1997.

Main characteristics of the specifications include:
